ESPON-GLF3 graphiteless, eco-friendly water-soluble die lubricant: Proven useful for small to medium, non-complex parts in hot forging presses and hammers.

ESPON-EM3 is a clean, white lubricant and is miscible in water. It does not contain graphite and is a mix of polymers and additives to withstand extreme loads during heavy forging and extrusion. ESPON-EM3 is to be mixed with water in 1:5 up to 1:15 dilution ratio, depending upon forged part complexity, weight and method of die lubrication. This eco-friendly product is preferred by modern forging Organisations that wish to have clean, hygienic forge shop floors and clean forging machinery.

ESPON-DFK3 graphite-based, water-miscible die lubricant: Proven useful for medium complexity parts in hot forging hammers and presses.

ESPON-DFK3 is graphite-based and miscible in water. It has proven useful in replacing oil as lubricant in small to medium complexity forgings in hammers and presses. In this lubricant, graphite particle size is maintained to withstand impact load of forging hammers and provide excellent lubricity. ESPON-DFK3 is to be mixed with water in 1:8 up to 1:17 dilution ratio, depending upon forged part complexity, weight and method of die lubrication. This die lubricant is preferred by hammer forge shops that have been using polluting oils as die lubricants.

ESPON-JKL3 graphite-based, water-miscible die lubricant: Proven useful for heavy forgings and extrusions in hot forging presses and hammers.

ESPON-JKL3 is graphite-based and miscible in water. It has proven useful in replacing oil as lubricant in medium to heavy, high complexity forgings in forging presses, hot extrusion and forging hammers. In this lubricant, graphite of very fine particle size is used in order to provide excellent lubricity in complex forgings and extrusions. ESPON-JKL3 is to be mixed with water in 1:10 up to 1:30 dilution ratio, depending upon forged part complexity, weight and method of die lubrication. This die lubricant is preferred by press, extrusion and hammer forge shops that are seeking best die life and good surface finish of forged parts.

ESPON-DLO oil-in-graphite die lubricant: Proven useful for medium to heavy, complex parts in hot forging hammers and presses.

ESPON-DLO is oil-based lubricant with graphite. It has proven to achieve ease of forging and increased die life in small to medium complexity forgings in hammers and presses. Graphite used in the lubricant contains particle size that is tested to withstand impact load of forging hammers. Extra pressure additives present in oil provide excellent lubricity and easy flowability. ESPON-DLO is to be used directly or mixed with hydraulic oil or LDO in 1:3 up to 1:7 dilution ratio, depending upon forged part complexity and weight. This die lubricant is preferred by hammer forge shops that have been using polluting oils as die lubricants and are facing problems of forging sticking and low die life.
